I’m a Wellington wedding photographer with over 15 years of experience, an award‑winning portfolio and a very down‑to‑earth, human approach. As a Master of Photography (Distinction) with NZIPP, I bring a high level of craft and professionalism, but I’m still all about real people, real moments, and a relaxed experience. I work with couples who care more about being present and enjoying their day than about perfect posing – people who want their photos to feel like them, not like a staged photoshoot.

My style is relaxed, friendly, and quietly observant. I’m there to gently guide you when you need a bit of direction, then fade into the background so you can forget about the camera and focus on each other. I don’t believe in stiff, awkward poses or forced smiles. Instead, I create space for natural connection – the way you look at each other, the way you laugh together over little in‑jokes, and all the tiny quirks and fleeting moments that reveal who you, your family, and your friends really are.

On a wedding day, I’m often described as a calming, steady presence. I’m there to help things feel easy and unhurried, whether that’s giving you a moment to breathe before the ceremony, organising a quick group photo without fuss, or quietly noticing the tiny details you’ve put so much thought into. I’ll keep an eye on the timeline, and make sure you don’t feel “on show” or overly‑posed.

My images are honest and heartfelt. I love capturing the big, emotional moments – vows, first looks, first dances – but I’m equally drawn to the in‑between things: hands being held under the table, a tear quickly wiped away, kids running wild on the dance floor, your guests howling with laughter during speeches. All the small, unscripted moments that make your day uniquely yours.

My wedding packages range in price from $2,400 for one photographer and 4 hours to $4,900 for the full day with two photographers.
